Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! But only on a limited basis. Email us at support@bettyandbandit.com if you have an order for more than 5 pieces.
When will my order ship?

What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no charge.
Do you illustrate people?
Yes! We can definitely illustrate you and your favorite animal.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
As long as you change or cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase, you can get a full refund. It’s not possible to cancel your order after 6 hours.
What if I do not like my illustration?
Since every product is illustrated from the image provided, make sure you are happy with the image you send. Our designers create your illustration with great accuracy, but if you not 100% happy, please contact us and we will work to make it right. Please check our photo guidelines here.

Is sizing in inches or centimeters?
Calculations are as follows:
12” x 16” (Inches) = 30.48 x 40.64 (Centimeters)
18” x 24” (Inches) = 45.72 x 60.96 (Centimeters)
24” x 36” (Inches) = 60.96 x 91.44 (Centimeters)
How do I leave a review?
If you love your portrait, please let us know. Click here and scroll to the “Write a Review” button.
Can I have more than one person/pet in my portrait?
Of course! You can add up to 9 people/pets to your portrait. Every order includes 1 person/pet. Each additional person/pet is an extra $7 fee per person/pet. If you have pet/people you don’t want in your portrait, please choose another photo.
Can you illustrate pets and people?
Yes we can! Send over your photo with your favorite pet and we can get started. If you would like the portrait to include background objects, or other people, please email us at support@bettyandbandit.com
Do I get a proof of my portrait?
In order to get your printed masterpiece out as soon as possible, we do not offer proofs. That being said, if you would like to get an emailed proof before your order is printed, please email us at support@bettyandbandit.com.
Can I receive a product without the customized text?
Of course! If you would like your illustration without custom text, please write “without name" or “without text" in the customization text box. If you order without text, the illustration will still be a half page unless you request different sizing by emailing us at support@bettyandbandit.com
How does the process work?
- Choose your animals photo
Find or take the best photo of your animal and submit it with your digital order. Be sure to check our photo guidelines for help.
- Customized for you
We can’t wait to see your special animal. Include the short text you want on the final illustration. Choose from canvas, print or framed print. If you would like your illustration without custom text, please write “without name" or “without text" in the customization text box. If you order without text, the illustration will still be a half page unless you request different sizing by emailing us at support@bettyandbandit.com
