Returns and Refunds

Do you have a return/exchange policy?
Yes! Of course, we want you to be happy with your order and are committed to making that happen. As long as you change or cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase, you can get a full refund. Since all of our work is custom design and printed on demand, we are not able to accept returns or provide refunds, store credits, or replacements. 

Something is missing from my order.
Did your digital file never arrive? Need help finding your order? Please contact our customer service team for help at support@bettyandbandit.com

What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no charge. 

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
As long as you change or cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase, you can get a full refund.  It’s not possible to cancel your order after 6 hours.

What if I do not like my illustration?
Since every product is illustrated from the image provided, make sure you are happy with the image you send. Our designers create your illustration with great accuracy, but if you not 100% happy, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
